How We Sell To You

  
  We deal on a CASH basis. (NO credit cards or charge accounts). When you order, a 50% non-refundable deposit,
  including shipping costs, is required to confirm your order. When the furniture or Art is ready to ship, we advise you.
  At that advice point we require the balance of the funds. Once received and clear of our bank, the goods are
  shipped to you.

  Should you require references of our clients to be comfortable that we do as we say, just ask. So far in 8+ years we
  know of NO unhappy clients.

  As to payment, we accept checks (if in Texas), money orders, Cashiers Checks and wire transfers into our account in
  the U.S.A. For the wire transfers, we will provide the ABA coordinates when requested.

  There is no sales tax on our products. Also the U.S. Government applies NO Customs Duty against teak   furniture from Indonesia.

  How We Ship To You:


  We are now shipping 3 to 4 - FULL 8 x 8 x 20 foot sea containers to the Port of Houston, TX. each year. The furniture
  is all sold before it departs Bali. The clients are from the Houston area; or close enough to drive (but, as far away as
  Florida and New Orleans) because of the terrific savings when the containers arrive.

  Shipping costs are the cheapest when a container is filled. Container costs are computed by cubic meters of space;
  NOT by weight. All clients share in the cubic meter costs according to their specific measurements. The costs are
  computed by the cubic meter of space required to ship.

  Should you place an order and want delivery before the next container ships from Bali, we can ship crated via a 
  "Consolidated" shipment to any place you wish. Here, your items are wrapped and wood crated to be placed in a
  container that will deliver to where you are.

  We will also ship via courier (DHL/Fed EX, etc.) if the items are small and your need is fast. Air Mail and boat mail are
  also options for you. The shipping costs All depend on where you live and how many pieces you order.

  One "neat " method of saving and obtaining Bali furniture if you do not live near enough our Port of Houston, is to
  organize a container load among your relatives and friends. We will assist you with all the details to make that as
  easy as possible.

  Shipping costs are all required to be paid at the point of origin (Bali) before items are shipped. (Shippers requirements -
  not ours)

  How To Place An Order With Us:

  
  This is the easiest part. Once you contact us and establish a dialogue of what you wish; THEN make your decisions, the
  rest is simple.

  We advise you as to the costs; both of the finished item and the shipping costs to your destination by the best method.

  YOU decide then whether to order.

  WHEN you order, we require the advance payment of 50% of the full purchase price, including our estimated shipping   costs to you.

  Once we receive that deposit, and the funds clear our Texas Bank account, we confirm your order and provide you an   estimated date of shipping from Bali.

  When the container; the consolidated shipment or another method of shipping is all ready to go from Bali, we again
  advise you.

  When we receive the final and adjusted payment, we ship to you by the stated method. We also then can provide you
  with a fairly accurate delivery window.
